Introduction
ABOUT MEI am very blessed to be part of a large tribe. As the mother of six children, my house is constantly overflowing with people, coffee, cookies and happy chaos. My children range between kiddies, teens and adults.
MY INTERESTS
I love baking, gardening, reading, walking, sunshine and coffee.
MY PASSION
I am passionate about walking alongside people while they face their challenges and grow into greater freedom and wide open spaces.

Art Therapy
Therapeutic Art creates a space to safely process through the creative expression of making visual art.The process of engaging in art is healing without the need for words. Insight and healing happens in the making and the representation of the creative activity and absolutely no artistic ability is necessary.
Art has a way of bringing meaning to the chaos.
'I found I could say things with colour and shapes that I couldn’t say any other way - things I had no words for.' Georgia O’Keeffe

I like being here. Normally I worry about what the psychologist is thinking when I talk. With Michelle I just say what I’m thinking and I don’t have to pretend. It feels safe to talk to her and she helps me see things differently.

I felt sad when daddy started living somewhere else. I still miss him but I‘m not so sad or scared now. Daddy never left me, just Mommy. I’ve still got both of them.
